Przedmiotem ogłoszenia jest sekwencjonowanie w trybie single-end z użyciem odczynników i platformy NovaSeq SP 100 cykli.
Ze względu na specyfikę procesowania materiału konieczne jest wykonanie usługi "w miejscu", tj. w Warszawie. Ponieważ materiał badawczy będzie podlegał dalszej obróbce po 1 rundzie sekwencjonowania (1 read), w celu dalszych analiz transkryptomicznych, istnieje konieczność szybkiego odbioru materiału i transportu do laboratorium.
W ofercie proszę podać cenę netto za 1 przebieg sekwencjonowania oraz odległość, w kilometrach, od miejsca, gdzie znajduje się Sekwenator do Instytutu Chemii Fizycznej PAN.
